This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Serve as the main digital consultant for designated dealers, promoting the adoption and success of sponsored digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with District Sales and Aftersales Managers to pinpoint opportunities that enhance dealer engagement and performance.
• Mentor dealers on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction using innovative digital strategies.
• Perform digital evaluations, analyze KPIs, and create actionable plans to enhance outcomes.
• Oversee website customizations, address vendor challenges, and manage technical support requests.
• Spearhead the implementation of divisional go-to-market strategies across vital digital domains: Websites & digital advertising, Consumer marketing, Lead management, Service optimization, Social media & reputation management, Digital signage, and more.
• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Proficient understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and digital retail strategies.
• Excellent consulting and relationship-building capabilities—proven ability to be a trusted advisor.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and adaptability to different levels of dealership digital proficiency.
• Preferred experience in the automotive or dealership sector.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and performance consulting processes is advantageous.
