Digital Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily performance of assigned dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.

• Track pacing, performance trends, and KPIs across various digital channels such as Google and Meta.

• Perform regular audits to guarantee adherence to best practices and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Implement and suggest optimizations to boost lead volume, enhance cost efficiency, and improve overall ROI.

• Act as a primary contact for routine client communication and performance updates.

• Facilitate and lead client calls centered on digital performance evaluations, insights, and subsequent actions.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, fostering trust and transparency.

• Analyze performance data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

• Assist in creating performance recaps and reports that link digital marketing efforts to business results.

• Identify and promote additional upsell solutions that will enhance performance for dealer clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain transparent communication regarding account status, deliverables, and any performance risks or opportunities.

• Support the onboarding of new clients and the successful launch of campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.

• Prior experience with digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta) is highly preferred.
