Digital Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily performance of designated dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and aligned with client objectives.

• Track pacing, performance trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

• Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to best practices and identify areas for enhancement.

• Implement and suggest optimizations to boost lead generation, cost efficiency, and overall return on investment (ROI).

• Act as the primary contact for routine client communications and performance updates.

• Facilitate and lead client discussions centered on digital performance reviews, insights, and future steps.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Foster strong working relationships with clients, emphasizing trust and transparency.

• Analyze performance metrics and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts and relay insights to clients and internal teams.

• Assist in the creation of performance reports that link digital marketing activities to business results.

• Recognize and advocate for additional upselling opportunities that will drive incremental performance for dealer clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain transparent communication regarding account status, deliverables, and any performance-related risks or opportunities.

• Aid in the onboarding of new clients and the successful launch of campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success.

• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and trends effectively.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications are highly preferred.
