Digital Payments Service Advisor, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to German-speaking merchants and customers

• Address inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media

• Aid in account setup and resolve troubleshooting issues

• Offer support related to payment solutions

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams

• Play a role in enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality

• Prior experience in customer support or a contact center is highly advantageous

• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital tools

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Friendly, patient demeanor with a customer-focused approach

• Capability to maintain organization in a fast-paced setting

• Positive and proactive attitude towards work
