This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated retail partner accounts and ensure consistent engagement according to the established Rhythm of Business (ROB).
• Achieve monthly revenue and unit objectives by partner.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with partner executives and significant stakeholders.
• Offer sales and business development advice while creating strategic account plans.
• Prepare partners for product portfolios, licensing, incentives, programs, and training.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on essential tools, programs, and processes.
• Track market trends and use insights to shape partner strategy and business planning.
• Evaluate and position solutions against competing offerings in the industry.
• Drive sales through weekly pipeline management, deal progression, forecasting, and marketing activities.
• Conduct partner performance evaluations focusing on health and deal closure.
• Guide partners through available resources, incentives, and business programs.
• Educate partner stakeholders on operations, tools, and self-service resources.
• Assist with solution readiness, including AI solutions, productivity and collaboration tools, service attachment, hardware compliance, and licensing scenarios.
• Provide advice on technical issues, obstacles, and common FAQs.
• Keep accurate CRM records of partner interactions, opportunities, and activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including interaction with C-level stakeholders on projects involving partners, distributors, or retailers.
• Experience in the technology industry.
• Background in retail, OEM, or marketing partnerships, with knowledge of hardware, portfolios, and channels.
• Proven track record in managing revenue targets, sales quotas, pipeline development, or forecasting activities.
• Strong understanding of inventory, sell-in, and sell-thru processes.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Preferred experience within a global technology partner ecosystem.
• Desirable product knowledge relevant to guiding retail partners.
• Awareness of PC hardware manufacturers and local market trends.
• Knowledge in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with the gaming sector.
• MBA or postgraduate specialization in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred.
