This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated retail partner accounts and ensure consistent engagement in line with the established Rhythm of Business.
• Achieve monthly revenue and unit goals for each partner.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with partner executives and essential stakeholders.
• Offer sales and business development insights while creating strategic account plans.
• Assist partners in preparing for products, licensing, incentives, programs, and training sessions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on critical tools, programs, and processes.
• Analyze market trends and leverage insights to enhance partner strategy and business planning.
• Evaluate and position solutions in comparison to competing industry offerings.
• Drive sales through weekly management of the pipeline, deal progression, forecasting, and marketing initiatives.
• Execute partner performance evaluations to assess health and deal closure.
• Guide partners through available resources, incentives, and business programs.
• Educate partner stakeholders on operations, tools, and self-service resources.
• Support solution readiness, encompassing AI solutions, productivity tools, collaboration services, hardware compliance, and licensing.
• Provide advice on technical challenges, obstacles, and frequently asked questions.
• Maintain precise records of partner interactions, opportunities, and activities within CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including interaction with C-level stakeholders on projects involving partners, distributors, or retailers.
• Background in the technology sector.
• Experience with retail, OEM, or marketing partners, including knowledge of hardware, portfolios, and channels.
• Proven experience in managing revenue goals, sales quotas, pipeline development, or forecasting tasks.
• Strong understanding of inventory, sell-in, and sell-thru processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience within a global technology partner ecosystem is preferred.
• Knowledge of products relevant to advising retail partners is desirable.
• Understanding of PC hardware manufacturers and local market dynamics.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Familiarity with the gaming sector.
• MBA or postgraduate specialization in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred.
