This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identification and Compilation of Prospects: Identify and prioritize target accounts and personas that align with CyberOne’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Digital Engagement and Outreach: Establish contact through customized outreach methods, including LinkedIn connections and messaging, personalized emails, and, when suitable, brief video messages.
• Nurturing, Content, and Campaign Assistance: Oversee nurture campaigns for prospects who are not yet ready to purchase, providing relevant content and value-oriented follow-ups.
• Lead Qualification and Conversion: Assess inbound and outbound responses based on agreed criteria, including ICP fit, pain points, urgency, stakeholders, and next steps.
• Data Management, Reporting, and Optimization: Utilize HubSpot and outreach tools to monitor all interactions and maintain precise contact and account records.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a B2B sales development, outbound, or digital outreach role (SDR/BDR) or a similar position.
• Proven track record of booking and qualifying meetings through LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a CRM (preferably HubSpot), including sequences and activity tracking.
• Outstanding written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work comfortably with targets and manage a structured daily activity schedule.
• Highly desirable experience in B2B technology, IT services, or cybersecurity sectors.
• Familiarity with additional prospecting/intent tools (such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism) and video messaging platforms (like Loom, Vidyard).
• HubSpot Academy certifications (Sales Hub, Inbound Sales) or equivalent credentials.
• Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
