Digital Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of Idealist Consulting’s technology stack.

• Keep track of new software releases, updates, security compliance standards, and any exceptions.

• Manage platform renewals by reviewing staff license usage, forecasting needs, and making necessary adjustments.

• Oversee the procurement process for digital tools.

• Conduct annual reviews of the technology stack.

• Uphold data governance standards, including file organization and permission settings.

• Manage the relationship with third-party IT support vendors concerning equipment and security monitoring.

• Participate in security committee activities.

• Lead internal initiatives to drive adoption.

• Maintain the inventory of company equipment in Salesforce.

• Promote user adoption of existing tools.

• Provide training for the Idealist Consulting team on usage protocols.

• Develop tip sheets for user reference.

• Monitor the #helpdesk and offer troubleshooting assistance.

• Encourage internal adoption and best practices for the use of AI.

• Manage projects related to AI adoption plans and training.

• Actively collaborate within the AI committee.

• Lead the AI focus group.

• Become an in-house expert on Anthropic.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in operations or IT.

• Experience in training and onboarding individuals to cloud-based solutions.

• Naturally tech-savvy with a passion for expanding this expertise.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• A systems thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience working with remote teams.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms).
