Digital Onboarding Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the onboarding methodology and service delivery framework.

• Set the vision, objectives, and strategy for the Unqork domain.

• Identify service delivery features and prioritize the development and maintenance backlog.

• Propel service delivery advancement through technology to enhance business value.

• Address complex challenges across business units and pinpoint solutions with measurable organizational impact.

• Establish product value propositions, desired outcomes, and success metrics/KPIs.

• Foster innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

• Articulate vision and objectives at the outset of each work increment.

• Represent the customer perspective and engage with stakeholders and end-users.

• Collaborate with the scrum team on feature definition, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Behavior Driven Design.

• Manage and adjust the product backlog as necessary.

• Participate in UX design sessions, discussions, and usability evaluations.

• Plan and implement release-on-demand strategies with the scrum team.

• Review and validate completed user stories while monitoring sprint progress.

• Act as the primary liaison for product and team updates and feedback.

• Collaborate with Organizational Readiness on implementation, rollout, adoption, and user support.

• Advocate for new capabilities to boost engagement and adoption.

• Safeguard, secure, and appropriately manage confidential Ascensus and client data.

• Provide leadership and influence to the Transition Services team without having direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

• At least 10 years of experience in Retirement and Financial Services.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar technology-focused role.

• Proven experience in implementing and executing Agile practices.

• Strong technical capabilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work that meets standards, regulatory, and audit requirements.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization.

• Experience in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, negotiation, decision-making, and change management.

• Curious and detail-oriented, possessing strong analytical skills.
