This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement and enhance digital media campaigns across DOOH, Display, Mobile, and Paid Social channels.
• Adapt to various channels according to business requirements, providing support for Paid Social while also managing Display, DOOH, and other programmatic initiatives.
• Ensure timely setup and launch of campaigns.
• Perform pre-launch quality assurance checks, including testing creative functionality and technical specifications, as well as verifying third-party trackers for accurate platform implementation.
• Coordinate with external media platform representatives as necessary.
• Offer technical QA support on ad serving when required, and collaborate with Platform Support and Engineering teams as needed.
• Aid in documenting, updating, and maintaining ad specifications, trading processes, and workflow procedures.
• Provide screenshots and/or preview links once campaigns are live.
• Generate reports across various metrics and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
• Deliver comprehensive post-campaign wrap reports.
• Collaborate with Product and Team leaders on testing new features and providing feedback.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize internal workflows and enhance cross-collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Math, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in digital media trafficking and trading, with a focus on Paid Social required.
• Knowledge of various paid social platforms, creative formats, and placements.
• Experience with social ad management platforms (e.g., Mediaocean Scope/4C, Smartly, Skai, etc.) is advantageous.
• Preferred hands-on experience with digital media ad servers.
• Familiarity with Digital Out of Home ad serving is a plus.
• Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) is preferred.
• Knowledge of The Trade Desk (TTD) is an advantage.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.).
