Digital Media Quality Control Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming audio, video, or subtitle materials, assess their quality, and compile a comprehensive report.

• Conduct a final functional test and quality assessment of all outgoing video and audio content.

• Confirm the accuracy of content directly on VoD platforms.

• Record all technical and content-related discrepancies of a media production in accordance with specifications.

• Carry out tasks in our studio or remotely from home, based on production needs.

• Enjoy flexible scheduling and the ability to adjust quality checks to accommodate personal calendars.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a general understanding of film and video concepts (e.g., resolutions and aspect ratios).

• You have experience with audio and video media as well as VoD platforms.

• Strong concentration and exceptional visual and auditory perception are among your key strengths.

• You are familiar with PC/Mac systems and common video player applications (e.g., Windows Media Player).

• You are flexible with your time and ideally able to respond promptly during peak production periods.

• You are looking for a long-term position where you can take on substantial responsibilities.

• You are currently a student (preferably in a media-related field) and can reliably commit to at least 20 hours per month over an extended timeframe.

• Ideally, you can visit our Trierweiler studio for particularly demanding quality control tasks during the onboarding phase to learn the fundamentals of consumer experience QC on-site, after prior arrangements.

• You can articulate issues and relationships clearly and accurately in writing in both German and English.

• You demonstrate exceptional reliability and maintain a structured and focused approach even under high workloads.
