• Initiate, oversee, and enhance paid campaigns across Meta (primary focus), TikTok, X, and various other social media platforms.
• Experiment with and improve creatives, target audiences, and placements using A/B testing to consistently elevate campaign performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and transform data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with our affiliate marketing team to ensure that campaigns are in alignment with the overall strategy.
• Stay updated on digital trends and contribute innovative and fresh ideas.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret outcomes, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Effective and confident communicator: capable of presenting insights and strategies to the team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Always inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, tools, and methodologies.
