This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the development and execution of lead capture channels, including WhatsApp, chat, forms, and call tracking.
• Organize and enhance customer interaction channels to ensure agility and improved conversion rates.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce user for Marketing and Lead Management, fostering its ongoing development.
• Supervise lead capture, routing, and lifecycle management in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Recognize areas for improvement and implement optimizations in processes, workflows, and automations within Salesforce.
• Analyze funnel and pipeline performance, generate insights, and conduct A/B testing to boost conversion rates.
• Convert business requirements into scalable solutions, create playbooks, train teams, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (mandatory), including lead management, routing logic, report generation, and lifecycle processes.
• Background in implementing or managing tools such as website chat/conversational marketing, call tracking, forms, and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline dynamics, lead management processes, funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates), and campaign-to-revenue flow.
• Proficient in advanced English for all communication formats.
• Intermediate Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT).
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process implementation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and other digital analytics tools.
