• Assist in executing digital and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including email, web, paid media, social, and video.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and necessary approvals to ensure timely launches.
• Support the trafficking, quality assurance, and deployment of assets within marketing platforms and tools.
• Maintain documentation for campaigns, including briefs and status updates.
• Collaborate with agencies on the development, revision, and delivery of assets in line with campaign requirements.
• Work alongside digital and media partners to ensure precise setup and prompt activation of all campaign assets.
• Identify and escalate risks and obstacles, providing proposed solutions.
• Manage daily coordination of marketing assets from reception through production, launch, and activation.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and approvals involving both internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate across production, internal stakeholders, legal/compliance review, and final approvals.
• Ensure proper archiving, tagging, and distribution of digital assets for use across marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement video case studies in campaigns, on the web, for sales enablement, and on social media.
• Compile and maintain reports on campaign and video performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to campaign effectiveness, engagement, and video performance.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to share insights with stakeholders.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing campaign and content performance.
• Aid in analyzing campaign and content results to inform optimization suggestions.
• Support A/B testing, audience segmentation analysis, and reviews of channel performance.
• Apply insights gained from campaign and video performance to future initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and dependencies across various campaigns and content initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, legal, operations) and external vendors/agencies.
• Help ensure that marketing workflows, tools, and processes are adhered to and documented.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process enhancements as the team develops.
• 2–3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, campaign management, or marketing operations role.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing or supporting video, content, or customer storytelling initiatives is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in leveraging data to enhance marketing performance.
