Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct market analysis and research to identify the latest trends.

• Support daily administrative tasks.

• Create and execute innovative social media campaign concepts.

• Oversee all social media channels for trending news, ideas, and audience feedback.

• Develop comprehensive promotional presentations.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events.

• Analyze and assess competitor marketing strategies and digital content.

• Aid in generating mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.

• Support back-office recruiting efforts for all Technical positions in Mexico and the USA.

• Employ creative strategies to discover talent at every opportunity.

• Utilize various recruiting platforms to reach and source candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to cultivate a positive candidate experience.

• Develop sourcing strategies in conjunction with the HR Manager.

• Customize and post job advertisements for open vacancies.

• Maintain job descriptions that align with company standards for all roles.

• Assist with back-office IT Services requirements for all IT functions in Mexico and the USA.

• Continuously learn about new technologies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle Digital Marketing tasks for Recruitment Firms.

• Willingness to thrive in a startup and/or fast-paced setting.

• Preferred technical skills: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.

• Strong sense of accountability.

• Excellent organizational skills and a persistent desire to enhance efficiency.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work collaboratively and embrace diversity in a team environment.

• Basic familiarity with the G-Suite suite, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Gmail.

• High level of personal integrity.
