Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take charge of lifecycle marketing execution across email and SMS, ensuring effective campaign coordination among teams.

• Implement and enhance email campaigns utilizing Klaviyo and SMS campaigns through Attentive.

• Develop and oversee campaign calendars, workflows, and segmentation strategies.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and timing to boost performance.

• Manage and uphold the marketing calendar in alignment with product launches and campaigns.

• Collaborate with product development, PR, and creative teams.

• Guarantee timely execution of campaigns that are consistent across all channels.

• Assist with product launches by aligning messaging, assets, and campaign execution.

• Support SEO initiatives and optimization across the website and digital platforms.

• Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

• Monitor KPIs across lifecycle channels, identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Serve as the daily coordinator for marketing and eCommerce execution.

• Collaborate with the social media team to ensure omni-channel consistency.

• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding performance and priorities.

• Manage paid campaigns through Meta Business Manager, adhering to established processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing.

• Proven experience in managing lifecycle marketing campaigns and their execution.

• Strong proficiency with Klaviyo and/or Attentive.

• Experience in managing marketing calendars and coordinating campaigns effectively.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital analytics.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Experience working collaboratively with creative and product teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for execution.
