This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• This position is responsible for overseeing the performance of granum.com and our paid media initiatives across three brands (LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps).
• You will enhance the sales pipeline by improving website experiences, establishing a robust technical SEO/AEO foundation, and managing a meticulously executed paid media program through an external agency.
• As the in-house liaison to the agency, you will provide briefs, enforce performance targets, and ensure their strategies contribute to the pipeline.
• Additionally, you will ensure the website is optimized for business performance — focusing on conversion paths, landing page infrastructure, CRO, and the technical elements that support our content initiatives.
• This is an individual contributor role within a dynamic demand generation team. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on with the website, and adept at managing agency relationships.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing within the B2B SaaS sector, with direct responsibility for website performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proven experience in managing or closely collaborating with an external paid media agency — you understand quality agency deliverables and how to advocate for them.
• Proficiency with paid media performance metrics: you can analyze a channel report, identify discrepancies, and form insights independently.
• Genuine CRO experience — you have designed experiments, determined successful outcomes, and can discuss unsuccessful tests along with their reasons.
• Understanding of technical SEO and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery — you have experience with schema, redirects, and architecture, even if you were not the one coding.
• Strong project management capabilities, including oversight of external agency partnerships and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
