This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offers assistance in paid media, organic media, and client services, including client onboarding and account setup.
• Pre-Onboarding Support: Distributing the contract, ensuring its signature, collecting W9 forms, and verifying alignment with the property name and address.
• Onboarding Support: Completing the onboarding sheet, inputting tasks, entering information into Salesforce, creating folders in Drive, developing an internal budget sheet, and organizing assets.
• Onboarding Assistance: Managing client communications to collect items, assets, and logins, following up on tasks, sharing preview links, and coordinating with other departments regarding onboarding progress.
• Onboarding Support: Establishing GTM, setting up GA4 permissions, verifying GSC, configuring GBP, and setting up Facebook.
• Onboarding Support: Gaining access to social media accounts including two-factor authentication and linking social profiles, syncing Instagram with the Facebook Business Page on Meta Business Suite.
• Post-Launch Support: Completing Salesforce service mappings, auditing the accuracy of Salesforce properties, reviewing property dashboards, assigning client access, and providing PMC integration instructions.
• Actively engage in department meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering insights and solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
• Keep abreast of trends, best practices, and platform algorithm updates in both the multifamily and digital marketing sectors.
• Over 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on Onboarding and Account Setup in Google Ads and Meta.
• Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work across various functions and manage multiple priorities.
• A problem-solving approach with an emphasis on optimizing processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and enthusiastic about learning in a dynamic environment.
