This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the technical SEO strategy across various brand websites.
• Lead initiatives in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance visibility in AI-driven search environments.
• Perform keyword research, site audits, on-page optimization, and link-building tasks.
• Utilize tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar to track and report on performance metrics.
• Monitor rankings and organic traffic, delivering regular reports containing clear insights.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for both search and shopping.
• Oversee budget, bid strategy, and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with the local marketing team on ad copy and landing page strategies.
• Design and maintain websites for Superpop and affiliated brands, primarily using WordPress and Shopify.
• Self-host websites on platforms like Vultr or comparable services.
• Implement on-page SEO during the website development process.
• Work with provided creative assets (images, copy, brand guidelines) to create polished, high-converting websites.
• Ensure all forms, integrations, and technical functionalities are operating correctly.
• Continuously maintain and update websites as the business grows and evolves.
• Assist in integrating sales platforms with accounting and CRM systems.
• Contribute to automation and workflow enhancements as the business scales.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across digital tools and platforms.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO.
• Proven experience in GEO or AI-search optimization.
• Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Capability to build and manage websites using WordPress and/or Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of website hosting and self-hosted environments.
• Proficient in using SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience collaborating with international clients, preferably those based in Australia or the UK.
• Self-motivated and focused on achieving outcomes.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with a remote in-house marketing team.
