This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement WSI's digital content strategy to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
β’ Spearhead the creation and upkeep of WSI's brand voice, maintaining a professional and industry-leading image.
β’ Oversee daily digital marketing activities across global markets, optimizing campaigns to enhance conversions and generate leads.
β’ Build and elevate WSI's digital presence through captivating and industry-specific content.
β’ Plan and execute well-structured content calendars across various platforms, aligning with business priorities.
β’ Evaluate campaign performance using data and analytics tools, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
β’ Take ownership of a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy, which includes creating and managing organized posting schedules.
β’ Manage executive LinkedIn profiles to foster personal branding and increase industry visibility.
β’ Coordinate LinkedIn activities for the Sales team.
β’ Develop and oversee an annual pipeline of white papers and case studies, which involves planning, stakeholder coordination, deadlines, and promotional strategies across LinkedIn and the company website.
β’ Represent the marketing department at events and conferences, actively engaging with prospects and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of WSI and its offerings.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Sales team to assist in lead generation efforts, including campaign execution, CRM utilization, email marketing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
β’ Infuse innovation and enthusiasm into the role by identifying new marketing strategies, utilizing AI and emerging tools, and continually enhancing workflows.
β’ Design and create high-quality digital assets (graphics, presentations, visual content) using tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), ensuring a consistent and premium brand identity.
β’ Practical experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing key digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, website, SEO).
β’ Proficiency in presentation and visual design tools, including PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or equivalent.
β’ Experience with CMS and website editing (e.g., WordPress or similar).
β’ Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
β’ Proven experience managing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
β’ Strong content creation and copywriting abilities, with the capacity to adjust tone and messaging for various audiences and platforms.
β’ A university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
β’ Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution, ideally in a B2B context.
β’ Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms.
