This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Skilled in handling data and information to create and project precise sales forecasts.
• Proven track record of achieving successful results throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to qualification, managing objectives, and closing deals.
• Proficient in cold calling both in-market and via social media, email, and phone.
• Capable of selling and demonstrating intricate digital marketing products and services.
• Quick and inquisitive learner with the ability to grasp the complex needs of professional vacation rental managers, including the geographic variations in operations.
• Established ability to acquire and retain customers, and in certain cases, effectively sell or transition customers to alternative products that better address their needs.
• Strong follow-up skills with a successful history of re-engaging clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to assist in migrations, problem-solving, and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Possess an enthusiastic, positive, outgoing demeanor with a keen interest in building relationships and networking within the vacation rental industry.
• Familiar with an extensive discovery process to identify pain points and set appropriate expectations.
• At least 3 years of experience in selling website and digital marketing services, or a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing account management, preferably in the real estate, travel, property management, or vacation rental sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, including fundamental presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to persuade others.
• Technologically adept with the capability to conduct online demonstrations and present the Inhabit platform.
• Proven sales success with a strong drive to meet high targets; results-oriented.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Accountable and dedicated to achieving excellence.
• Energetic phone demeanor coupled with excellent active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking individual comfortable bridging the gap between current property management perspectives and the future of our business.
• Adaptable and energized by change.
• Capable of taking initiative and working independently while remaining accessible to team members.
• Willingness to travel is required (estimated travel is once a quarter in-market and to several industry trade shows in the Fall and Spring).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
