Digital Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to ensure a transparent and seamless experience for clients throughout every facet of the Client Experience.

• Conduct audits of digital accounts to identify anomalies, confirm best practices are utilized, compare performance against benchmarks, and perform basic optimizations to guarantee customer success.

• Execute analyses to highlight areas for performance enhancement.

• Assist with recurring monthly tasks across all accounts, which includes mid-month pacing and performance checks, adjustments to Facebook campaigns, and video campaign modifications.

• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams regarding account status and current work-in-progress deliverables.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Understand clients' markets, objectives, and methods for tracking progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products/services, and strategic communication planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, preferred.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a Customer Service-related field, preferred.

• Experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

• Highly organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused.

• Eagerness to learn.

• Must possess critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to write, listen, and articulate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Proven track record of proactively taking ownership of projects.

• Ability to prioritize and set objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

• Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure.
