Digital Marketing Manager, Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop and implement organic growth strategies for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Telegram, and Discord, ensuring that consistent and engaging content is shared.

• Actively engage with online communities, facilitate discussions, and respond to user comments.

• Keep abreast of Web3 trends and adjust content strategies as needed.

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners within the Web3 ecosystem.

• Create monthly social media plans and compile growth reports.

• Develop and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities, encouraging active participation in significant industry discussions.

• Strategize, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

• Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, track performance metrics, and refine strategies to enhance conversion rates.

• Oversee lead generation campaigns for key Web3 projects, events, and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the blockchain or Web3 sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and various analytics tools.

• Demonstrated success in managing paid advertising strategies and performance marketing.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with outstanding content creation and communication abilities.

• Capable of working independently with some overlap in European time zones, showcasing self-motivation in a remote work setting.
