This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Take full responsibility for the migration from WordPress to HubSpot CMS β including redirect strategy, URL structure, link-equity preservation, technical quality assurance, and post-launch monitoring.
β’ Design and implement schema markup and structured data to enhance visibility in Google SERPs and LLM answer engines.
β’ Define and execute our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy β organizing content so that Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude recognize TrustYou as the authoritative source for hospitality software.
β’ Optimize Core Web Vitals, site architecture, internal linking, sitemap, and manage robots.txt.
β’ Maintain and expand HubSpot CMS modules, templates, and theme tokens, building upon the 2026 modular brand system.
β’ Create a measurement infrastructure in GA4 and Looker that links technical SEO performance to sales pipeline and revenue.
β’ Collaborate with Claude AI agents for content generation, technical audits, and schema creation β we anticipate you will utilize AI to enhance your productivity.
β’ Edit and oversee SEO content production, working alongside marketing leadership on the editorial calendar.
β’ Conduct targeted conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing on pages critical for conversion (such as pricing, demo requests, and content-gated assets).
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in technical SEO and web marketing β possessing deep, hands-on expertise. Not just "I managed an SEO agency."
β’ Proven experience with an end-to-end WordPress to HubSpot CMS migration (or a similar enterprise CMS migration). You understand where redirects can fail, which URL structures can break, and how to maintain link equity.
β’ Expertise in HubSpot CMS β including modules, templates, HubL, and theme tokens.
β’ Strong proficiency in schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, redirect strategies, and internal linking architecture.
β’ Knowledge of AEO and LLM search optimization β understanding how Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude generate answers and how to structure content for citation purposes.
β’ Experience with GA4 and Looker for measurement; capable of connecting SEO performance to the sales funnel and revenue, not just rankings.
β’ Strong SEO content skills β able to write or significantly edit content. While you don't need to be a copywriter, you can discern good SEO content from poor quality.
β’ Active proficiency with AI tools β you are already utilizing Claude or similar AI agents in your daily work.
β’ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
