This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically plan, negotiate, and procure media from external vendors, platforms, and media outlets such as Doximity, WebMD, and OpenEvidence.
• Develop lead nurturing and email initiatives within our clients’ CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) for distribution to external partners.
• Address and resolve issues related to clients’ marketing technology stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
• Establish and initiate email, social media, paid, and organic marketing campaigns on behalf of clients.
• Deliver timely updates on campaign status during internal and client-facing meetings.
• Organize campaigns and collect client feedback through Slack and email.
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and performance reports that effectively communicate campaign outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and managing contact databases while assisting in sourcing new leads.
• Investigate products, services, and strategies to uncover new opportunities for enhancing our technology stack and methodologies.
• Perform other digital marketing tasks as required.
• You have likely gained experience in healthcare marketing and comprehend the distinction between a payer and a patient.
• You possess a strong understanding of highly regulated industries and the associated responsibilities and challenges of marketing to their customers.
• You have extensive experience in planning and executing large, multichannel marketing campaigns and addressing complex challenges related to marketing technology implementation.
• You are confident in collaborating with external vendors, platforms, and media outlets to strategize and purchase media within the healthcare sector.
• You know how to effectively utilize the latest marketing tools and technologies to create sophisticated campaigns that yield results (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).
• You have experience in crafting website analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards across various platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio & Sheets, HubSpot, Tableau).
• You possess a thorough understanding of the marketing funnel and how content, email, paid media, and sales interconnect and collaborate.
• You excel at multitasking and can swiftly adjust between tasks while accommodating changing deadlines and client objectives.
• Your natural inclination is to take initiative and resolve problems as they arise.
• Prior agency experience is highly preferred.
• You reside in the Pacific Time Zone and are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT.
