This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of cohesive digital marketing strategies that align with the organizational objectives of MBH.
• Oversee MBH's social media presence across various platforms, which includes content planning, publishing, community interaction, audience expansion, and platform enhancement.
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content customized for different audiences and digital channels.
• Plan, implement, and refine paid digital advertising initiatives across social media and other online platforms.
• Coordinate and carry out integrated marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, paid media, and other digital channels.
• Cultivate meaningful interactions with online audiences by monitoring discussions and responding appropriately to comments and inquiries.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across social media, email marketing, paid media, and digital campaigns.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing, platform updates, content formats, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical leaders, facility teams, business development, admissions, and executive leadership.
• Handle multiple projects, campaigns, content calendars, and deadlines concurrently while ensuring attention to detail, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and meet business objectives.
• Proven track record in managing organic social media channels, with a focus on content strategy, community engagement, audience expansion, and performance enhancement across various platforms.
• Experience in managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, audience targeting, budget oversight, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
• Proficient in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies, encompassing audience segmentation, journey mapping, and performance evaluation.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign assessment, with experience utilizing data and insights to enhance performance and shape strategy.
• Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities, capable of producing compelling content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Experience in creating and editing social media graphics, digital marketing materials, and short-form video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of behavioral healthcare, healthcare marketing, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and lead nurturing strategies is preferred.
