Digital Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy spanning social media, email, web, and paid advertising channels.

• Create and refine campaigns designed to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Utilize AI and innovative tools to boost efficiency, creativity, and overall performance.

• Evaluate performance metrics and continually adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.

• Work collaboratively with fundraising, program, and leadership teams across various functions.

• Supervise external partners and/or manage internal resources as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM).

• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools) to guide decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
