This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Deliver outstanding support experiences to customers through various communication channels.
β’ Assess customer needs, investigate any existing issues, and provide strategic solutions that effectively address those needs while clarifying any confusion.
β’ Ensure first contact resolution and maintain effective follow-up with service partners and internal teams to facilitate case closure in line with our service standards.
β’ Offer constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and enhance the customer experience.
β’ Provide top-notch services to customers to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction by adhering to the correct procedures.
β’ Cultivate sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
β’ Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management over time, within your employment category, to effectively implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System at TDCX.
β’ Candidates must have at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
β’ Preferably, candidates should have 2 years of relevant work experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
β’ Strong time management skills and a drive to exceed expectations are essential.
β’ Ability to multitask and tailor responses and actions based on the information provided by customers to meet specific needs.
β’ Excellent communication skills are required, with a focus on effective listening and empathy towards customers, along with good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
β’ Comfortable working with computers, capable of navigating multiple systems, and able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
β’ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market are a must.
