• Take ownership and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings, provide status updates, and deliver ongoing reports.
• Ensure that projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Track performance, highlight insights, and collaborate with specialists to inform strategy.
• Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and the fundamentals of digital marketing.
• Anticipate challenges or opportunities proactively, before clients identify them.
• Maintain a minimum retention rate of 95% and achieve NPS scores of 8 or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles.
• At least 1 year of experience within a digital marketing agency (SEO/PPC experience is mandatory).
• Proficient in:
• - Google Analytics (GA4)
• - Google Ads reporting
• - Meta Business Manager reporting
• Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently.
• Comfortable discussing strategy, KPIs, and digital performance with clarity and assurance.
• Strong grasp of SEO and Paid Media.
• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
• Experience in the Home Services sector (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and confidence.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
• Agency experience: 3 years (Required).
• Customer Service/Account Management experience: 2 years (Preferred).
• Client Relationship: You will work directly with clients, managing communication, service delivery, and addressing client-related matters independently.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate will not handle your payroll, and your salary will be paid directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays may be provided, the final decision rests with the client. You are expected to coordinate your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have.
