This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and evaluate key targets and opportunities to promote technology-required adoptions.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to create training plans for both new and existing adoptions.
• Formulate strategies to retain business and enhance existing accounts.
• Prepare and present strategic sales proposals to clients.
• Oversee a sales pipeline and evaluate potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct in-person training sessions for Wiley’s digital solutions.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Sales experience with a preference for candidates with a background in higher education.
• Strong sales mindset along with skills in organization, planning, presentation, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time (primarily by car; occasionally by air).
• Candidates must reside in the Illinois area and possess a valid driver's license.
