Digital Learning Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Designing digital and scalable educational experiences

• Generating content utilizing AI technologies for text, audio, images, and video

• Incorporating AI tools into the instructional design workflow

• Creating and updating educational materials using authoring software

• Collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs)

• Assisting the team in managing the learning management system (LMS)

• Designing and developing interactive educational materials

• Enhancing the learner experience for eLearning programs

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational certification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning Development, Media Design, or Media Didactics

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for instructional design and content creation

• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Area9

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator

• Background in designing digital learning experiences

• Understanding of Human-Centered Design principles

• Experience working alongside subject-matter experts (SMEs)

• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner with a high level of personal accountability

• A collaborative team player willing to engage in cross-functional teams

• Openness to providing work samples from Instructional Design or Digital Learning Development

• Keen interest in emerging trends in eLearning

• Additional experience as a trainer/learning facilitator, with image and video editing software, and in project management is advantageous
