Digital Insurance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Facilitate project planning sessions with both the internal team and the client's personnel.

• Assist in developing solution proposals for client engagements, proposals, and proofs of concept (PoCs).

• Engage in the proposal and PoC processes, including design, submission, and review.

• Aid in the preparation of contracts and maintain communication with clients.

• Identify and assist in securing growth opportunities for current clients.

• Oversee project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

• Ensure that projects adhere to deadlines.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular/weekly project reviews and generate reports with key metrics concerning team and project status using company-standard metrics.

• Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Identify and address issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Continuously enhance and refine processes and the overall approach as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the insurance domain is essential.

• Strong client-facing experience is required.

• Technical skills are considered an advantage.

• Experience managing projects through the complete life cycle.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Enthusiastic and willing to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

• Must reside in Canada.
