Digital Health Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project and program management tasks, assisting your team in achieving high-quality results.

• Direct projects and/or workstreams by actively involving team members from initiation to completion.

• Utilize project management tools for efficient execution of projects.

• Analyze and document intricate client business needs and processes; relay these requirements to relevant stakeholders.

• Regularly assess the roadmap of each technology/vendor to ensure alignment with current and future landscapes, making adjustments or escalations when necessary.

• Aid in the development and management of a comprehensive DH governance framework and its accompanying documentation.

• Create and manage the content of an outward-facing DH communications portal to engage with GD (Global Development) and non-GD DH stakeholders.

• Assess and enhance the features and functionalities of existing DH supportive systems/tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent education/relevant experience is required.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of operational experience in clinical trials within a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO is essential.

• Proven knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is required.

• Experience collaborating with DH capability suppliers is preferred.

• Proficient in developing use cases, user interface specifications, and user requirement specification documents.

• Familiarity with self-service providers, digital platforms, and technologies is important.

• A demonstrated enthusiasm for digital technologies and their application in clinical studies is essential.
