• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Capability to design and oversee digital engagement or customer experience programs in a SaaS or technology-driven setting
• Expertise in analyzing user behavior data
• Background in working with digital engagement or customer experience tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong skills in project coordination
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
