This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Transform KOFISI’s current customer journey maps into a detailed digital experience framework.
• Outline the complete lifecycle from initial discovery and sales to onboarding, daily usage, renewal, and offboarding.
• Identify pain points within the existing journey and create innovative digital solutions.
• Establish a framework for client types at the commercial level.
• Develop a tiered access model tailored for the employee workforce.
• Oversee all touchpoints of the member app.
• Draft comprehensive product requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate user testing and feedback loops following the launch.
• Collaborate with department heads to grasp their core software and define integration methods.
• Serve as the main point of contact with the Workspace Man application vendor.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, digital experience, or customer experience roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships for workspace, hospitality, or enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong skills in writing requirements.
• Experience in designing tiered access or permissions frameworks for multi-user platforms.
• Knowledge of workspace management platforms.
• Ability to work comfortably across various markets with differing currencies, languages, and operational contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Design, Hospitality Management, or equivalent practical experience.
