This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, integrate, and provide support for enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES / MOM) solutions utilizing AVEVA platforms.
• Engage in hands-on configuration, align business processes, and offer production support across the domains of manufacturing operations, quality, and performance management.
• Identify and resolve MES incidents that affect manufacturing operations, quality, or compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist in resolving critical production issues.
• Facilitate change, incident, and problem management by employing ITIL-aligned processes and tools.
• Create and maintain configuration specifications, test plans, validation scripts, and execution reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with the AVEVA MES / MOM platform.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including production, quality, genealogy, and performance.
• Strong comprehension of ISA 95 / MES architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and industrial application environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities in active manufacturing settings.
• Capability to communicate effectively with shop floor personnel, IT teams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfort in collaborating across different time zones and with global teams.
• AVEVA platform certifications are highly preferred.
• Exposure to AVEVA System Platform, InTouch, and OMI.
• Experience with MES integration and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of OPC, OPC UA, and industrial data integration concepts.
