Digital Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Shopify backend across various stores, encompassing settings, shipping, tax configurations, inventory locations, and third-party applications.

• Oversee and troubleshoot the Shopify app ecosystem, guaranteeing performance stability and seamless integrations.

• Manage and enhance product data feeds to external platforms such as Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, and affiliate networks.

• Synchronize digital inventory with physical stock by handling multi-location inventory, buffers, ERP/WMS synchronization, and resolving order flow challenges.

• Drive the operational execution of new product launches, ensuring SKUs, inventory, pricing, and logistics are ready before going live.

• Set up and oversee pre-order and back-in-stock processes to align with commercial strategies.

• Develop, maintain, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product creation, inventory management, and application usage.

• Recognize operational bottlenecks and introduce automation solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain robust data hygiene across systems, including SKUs, barcodes, and product attributes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify administration, or digital enablement.

• Practical experience managing Shopify backends and third-party applications.

• Demonstrated expertise with product data feeds and external sales/marketing channels.

• Experience working with inventory systems, ERP/WMS integrations, and multi-location inventory logic.

• Knowledge of automation tools such as Shopify Flow, Make, or similar.

• Strong attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and exceptional cross-functional communication abilities.
