This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Create web experiences and pages that empower women to discover, trust, and engage with Natural Cycles — focusing on educational content that encourages conversions.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and A/B test web elements, emphasizing critical metrics such as lead generation and conversion rates.

• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development and user journey mapping to wireframing and creating high-fidelity mockups.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design choices, validate assumptions, and assess impact.

• Contribute to our design system, brand development, and wider design initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio that highlights high-quality marketing websites or conversion-oriented flows.

• Possess a growth mindset: an understanding of marketing strategies and user psychology, coupled with a passion for enhancing user acquisition through design.

• Adopt a data-driven approach, capable of leveraging data to guide design decisions and evaluate their impact.

• Demonstrate strong visual design skills, including expertise in layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design.

• Proficient in Figma and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Exhibit self-motivation and curiosity, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working closely with marketing or growth teams.

• Basic knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS).

• Experience in contributing to design systems.

• Interest in integrating AI tools into your workflow.

• Familiarity with user research and usability testing.

• Experience with web animation (e.g., Lottie).
