Digital Designer – Performance Marketing Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create high-impact digital assets for email, paid social, and web platforms.

• Take ownership of email design from initial concept through to final execution (portfolio required).

• Develop product-centric visuals, including image carousels and advertising creatives.

• Produce still assets for Meta ads and other paid advertising channels.

• Assist in the production of ad creatives and facilitate rapid iterations.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to actualize campaigns.

• Transform vague or high-level concepts into refined, brand-aligned deliverables.

• Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, and overall visual systems.

• Proactively advance projects by asking insightful questions and addressing gaps.

• Expert digital design skills coupled with a performance marketing perspective.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding typography, layout, and spacing.

• Strong organizational skills for managing files, assets, and workflows.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

• Capable of working autonomously without needing step-by-step guidance.

• Open to feedback and able to iterate swiftly without taking it personally.

• Keen awareness of social media trends and digital best practices.

• Proactive communicator who ensures projects are continuously progressing.

• Demonstrated email design experience (portfolio required).

• Experience in creating still ads for paid social platforms (Meta preferred).

• Familiarity with product image carousels and layouts focused on conversion.

• Intermediate skills in photo and asset editing.

• Proficient in navigating and sourcing assets using tools like Notion and Google Drive.

• Basic copywriting abilities (headlines, short-form ad copy) (preferred).

• Previous experience designing for small or emerging brands (preferred).

• Knowledge of Amazon creative formats (Storefront, A+ Premium Content, Brand Story) (preferred).
