Digital Designer – Performance Marketing Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create high-impact digital assets for email, paid social media, and web platforms.

• Take full ownership of email design from the initial concept to final execution (portfolio required).

• Design product-centric visuals, such as image carousels and advertising creatives.

• Produce still images for Meta ads and various other paid advertising channels.

• Assist in the production of ad creatives while allowing for quick iterations.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to fruition.

• Convert vague or high-level ideas into refined, on-brand deliverables.

• Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, and overall visual systems.

• Take initiative to advance projects by asking pertinent questions and addressing any gaps.

• Proficient in digital design with a focus on performance marketing.

• Highly meticulous, particularly regarding typography, layout, and spacing.

• Strong organizational skills for managing files, assets, and workflows.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced settings with changing priorities.

• Capable of working independently without the need for detailed guidance.

• Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly without taking it personally.

• Well-informed about social media trends and digital best practices.

• Proactive communicator who ensures projects progress smoothly.

• Demonstrated experience in email design (portfolio required).

• Experience in creating still advertisements for paid social media (Meta preferred).

• Knowledge of product image carousels and layouts designed for conversion.

• Intermediate skills in photo and asset editing.

• Adept at navigating and sourcing assets using tools like Notion and Google Drive.

• Basic copywriting skills (headlines, short-form ad copy) are a plus.

• Experience designing for small or emerging brands is a bonus.

• Familiarity with Amazon creative elements (Storefront, A+ Premium Content, Brand Story) is a plus.
