This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create digital design projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Implement digital design initiatives from inception to completed assets, seeking guidance from senior designers as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to transform messaging and ideas into captivating visual content.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and smooth customer journeys through wireframing, prototyping, and layout design.
• Enhance visual elements to guarantee an exceptional user experience across diverse devices and screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design, usability standards, and customer journey mapping.
• Ensure that all digital assets and layouts comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Create and improve visual assets for web, digital advertising, and internal communications.
• Modify, update, and adapt existing designs while preserving brand consistency and layout integrity.
• Share insights and participate in team discussions regarding design direction and innovative solutions.
• Remain informed on current design trends, tools, and best practices to facilitate efficient, high-quality outputs.
• Clearly present design concepts and respond constructively to feedback.
• Handle multiple projects with different deadlines, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional design experience.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in web design and familiarity with web best practices (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred).
• Understanding of platform specifications, including aspect ratios, image dimensions, and interface constraints for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to craft strategic narratives through visual design, typography, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail, formatting, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent skills in interpreting, challenging, and working from creative briefs.
• Confidently present concepts and articulate design decisions.
• Proficient in gathering, interpreting, and implementing feedback from various stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and a background in advertising or agency work is highly valued.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. (Please submit your resume in English).
