This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Create visually captivating graphics for various platforms including web, social media, email, presentations, events, and digital campaigns.
• Develop infographics, illustrations, icons, and visual assets that align with brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and program teams to generate engaging creative concepts.
• Convert intricate data into engaging data visualizations.
• Produce animated graphics, micro-animations, and short-form animations suitable for websites, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Edit videos for use across social media, websites, campaigns, and events.
• Adapt footage into various formats tailored for each platform.
• Design responsive web layouts, landing pages, and digital user experiences adhering to UX/UI best practices.
• Ensure all digital experiences comply with accessibility and performance criteria.
• Maintain alignment of all digital designs with brand standards and ensure visual consistency across all creative materials.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and web experiences.
• 3-5 years of experience, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in fine arts or a related discipline.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Affinity, or similar applications.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Skilled in video editing and animation creation.
• Strong background in web design with the ability to create designs optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Capacity to employ both creative and analytical thinking to address design challenges.
• Possess project management skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
