Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Engaging with customers through creative projects (brand campaigns, social media, and broadcast-ready visuals for clubs, broadcasters, and athletes)

• Production of motion-ready assets, graphics packages, and video templates

• Design of stat packs (data-rich, broadcast-quality graphics utilized by world-renowned broadcasters as on-air production tools)

• Create toolbox templates (designing within the product while balancing creative excellence with data-driven constraints)

• Contribute to two internal design systems (one focused on stat packs and the other on Toolbox UI)

• The ideal candidate seamlessly transitions between brand projects, motion graphics, product UI, and design systems, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in designing for various output formats — social media, digital, and broadcast

• Capable of managing multiple projects and briefs simultaneously while preserving quality

• High standards evident in portfolio details; open to feedback and capable of iterating

• Self-motivated — able to accomplish tasks without the need for constant supervision

• Effective communicator — can interpret a brief, ask pertinent questions, and articulate their thought process

• Collaborative in nature, working well with design, product, and production teams

• Background in motion graphics or video production

• Experience in developing or contributing to a design system

• Previous experience in a creative agency, sports organization, or media setting

• Quick to learn new tools and workflows

• Genuine enthusiasm for sports, especially football
