Digital Customer Success Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Implement effective, scalable strategies for customer engagement and enablement on a one-to-many basis.

β€’ Enhance customer engagement and drive product adoption, retention, and growth by utilizing digital marketing techniques.

β€’ Work closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to formulate strategies for product adoption and customer engagement.

β€’ Design and implement automated email journeys using Gainsight to support product adoption and ensure customer success.

β€’ Develop clear, persuasive, and action-oriented email content.

β€’ Track campaign performance and make adjustments to copy, timing, and segmentation strategies as needed.

β€’ Analyze data to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of digital journeys.

β€’ Explore and test new outreach channels beyond traditional email platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically within Customer Success or Account Management.

β€’ Proven experience in crafting strategic customer content that translates technical workflows into actionable digital journeys.

β€’ Proficiency in utilizing digital tools to track, measure, and optimize complex customer campaigns.

β€’ Advanced skills in email orchestration logic, including the ability to build technical logic and data filters for sophisticated automated journeys (Experience with Gainsight Journey Orchestrator, HubSpot, or Marketo is preferred).

β€’ Experience in Marketing/CS Operations, collaborating with or contributing to the management of data hygiene and system alignment.

β€’ Strong track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement adoption strategies.

β€’ Experience in analyzing customer data through statistical methods to uncover trends, assess impact, and guide strategic decision-making.
