Digital Creator – AI Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create vibrant, contrasting posters to enhance the CTR of stories in the My Muse catalog.

• Refine AI-generated content to final quality through retouching, correcting anatomy and artifacts, Face Swap, light manipulation, color correction, and upscaling.

• Develop Title Design and poster composition.

• Ensure consistency of characters and locations based on the series materials.

• Generate multiple variations and A/B hypotheses for each poster.

• Discuss options with the creative and product teams.

• Make quick adjustments as needed.

• Create 3–6 posters weekly during the initial phase.

• Attend an interview with the team after submitting the application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced AI prompting and generation using Midjourney, Krea, Higgsfield, Leonardo, and modern models like Nano Banana and Seedream.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop: masks, collaging, detailed retouching, correcting AI artifacts and anatomy, Face Swap, and color correction.

• Skills in Title Design and typography.

• Understanding of mobile-first composition, close-ups, contrast, color triggers, and focal points.

• Portfolio showcasing realistic posters or covers.

• Experience in 3D using Blender or Daz Studio is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Figma.

• Willingness to submit a portfolio and describe work related to generation and post-processing.

• Completion of a test task: two posters based on two briefs.

• Experience and educational level are not specified.
