This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Produces initial drafts of email content under guidance.
• Creates preliminary drafts for donation forms and landing pages with oversight.
• Assists team members in reviewing, editing, and preparing content for client final approval.
• Acquires knowledge on applying theories of change in email communications.
• Gains skills in producing and launching emails.
• Learns foundational HTML, CSS, and SQL as necessary.
• Understands basic functionalities of CRM systems.
• Familiarizes with the fundamentals of email testing.
• Learns to extract, analyze, and interpret email performance data.
• Understands how to set up donation forms and various landing pages.
• Engages in email reporting; can assist with email reporting tasks under supervision.
• Maintains the accuracy and timeliness of email reports.
• Participates in brainstorming sessions and internal team meetings.
• Attends client meetings.
• Occasionally shares ideas for email calendars.
• Updates email calendars as required.
• Reviews peer emails for accuracy and functionality.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as needed.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in email fundraising.
• Strong creative writing skills.
• Writing is typically free of errors, with minimal typos or grammatical mistakes.
• Passion for data and testing fundraising content.
• A desire to contribute to fundraising efforts for major political campaigns, nonprofits, and causes.
• Keen attention to detail.
