Digital Content Writer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and refine creative, persuasive, and engaging marketing content tailored for ecommerce platforms and digital outlets.

• Assist the PC Express division and collaborate cross-departmentally with stakeholders while upholding copy standards.

• Partner with Design and Marketing teams to generate captivating content.

• Oversee process challenges with teams to ensure deadlines are achieved.

• Engage in and contribute to creative discussions and evaluations.

• Work closely with stakeholders to establish copywriting standards.

• Organize copy translation and obtain necessary approvals from relevant departments.

• Regularly update and maintain ecommerce content.

• Outstanding creative writing and editing capabilities in English.

• Prior experience in copywriting within retail, online, or ecommerce settings.

• Strong conceptual thinking skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

• Capacity to accept guidance and constructive criticism.

• Proficiency in understanding, applying, and sustaining brand voice.

• Skill in writing in various styles and managing multiple brands simultaneously.

• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus (but not required).
