This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct research on trending topics related to property and finance.
• Strategize content, and edit video and podcast episodes.
• Design static graphics and create assets for social media.
• Oversee content publication across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Edit podcast episodes, utilizing multi-camera and talking head formats.
• Integrate data overlays, images, and visual elements into video content.
• Produce short-form clips and highlight segments from longer podcast episodes.
• Investigate and implement AI-powered video editing tools.
• Develop a comprehensive content calendar featuring topic ideas and a publishing timetable.
• Actively contribute content ideas and recommendations based on audience engagement.
• Create, manage, and distribute content across social media channels.
• Design static graphics, carousel posts, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
• Write engaging captions and tailor content for each platform.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide insights regarding content effectiveness.
• Ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with the content calendar.
• Over 3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital media production.
• Proficient video editing skills with experience in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Experience in editing long-form video content and crafting short-form clips for social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for organic content dissemination.
• Ability to quickly and independently learn new software and AI tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently and sharing ideas.
• Reliable internet connection and personal equipment necessary for tasks.
• Familiarity with Riverside or similar podcast recording platforms (Nice to Haves).
• Knowledge of AI video editing tools such as Gemini Omni, Opus Clip, Descript, or similar (Nice to Haves).
• Interest in or understanding of property investment, mortgage broking, or personal finance (Nice to Haves).
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic design for social media content (Nice to Haves).
• Previous experience in podcasting (Nice to Haves).
• Experience working with Australian clients or businesses (Nice to Haves).
