This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Develop, create, and publish content for both the website and mobile applications.
• Revise and keep existing content up to date.
• Construct web pages/app screens while ensuring adherence to brand standards and responsive design guidelines.
• Make updates to existing landing pages as per requests from channel owners and stakeholders.
• Adjust image or text assets to meet our requirements and enhance user experience.
• Perform quality assurance, testing, and validation of produced work.
• Work collaboratively with the team, managing stakeholder communications regarding timelines, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, and key stakeholders to publish content that is in line with business objectives and goals.
• Review and edit written content for errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax, ensuring all deliverables are error-free.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in content publishing for websites and applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with design techniques for cross-browser/platform/device compatibility.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as Contentful, WordPress, Drupal, or Magento.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of content strategy and marketing best practices.
• Basic understanding of Email Marketing, A/B testing, SEO, SEM, and keyword research.
