Digital Content Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain brand design systems along with reusable content templates in Shaman Studio and Shaman’s editors (both HTML-based and canvas-based), ensuring adherence to brand, compliance, and technical specifications.

• Take ownership of the planning and quality assurance for content requests, managing incoming tasks, establishing priorities, and ensuring that deliverables align with brand, compliance, and technical standards before release.

• Enhance and refine workflows and documentation by creating processes, templates, and reference materials that enable the team to scale effectively and consistently.

• Create and modify digital assets such as images, icons, and vector graphics for utilization across email, CLM, and various digital content formats.

• Utilize Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) for tasks related to asset preparation and production.

• Employ Figma to interpret design specifications and convert them into templates ready for production.

• Manage PDF-format content, possessing knowledge of structure, layers, and export requirements within a pharmaceutical context.

• As demand increases, oversee the workstreams of 1–2 external specialists, assigning tasks, reviewing their output, and ensuring consistent quality.

• Assist in the quality assurance of templates and assets with a keen attention to detail.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital asset formats and structures, and how they function across various output channels.

• Familiarity with channel-specific content requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail; ensuring pixel-level precision, consistent spacing, and alignment with brand standards.

• A methodical and organized approach to work, capable of planning, prioritizing, and monitoring quality across multiple requests.

• Practical experience with HTML layouts and a basic understanding of how HTML layout rendering works, without requiring a development background.

• Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Figma for content extraction, component structure comprehension, and layout production.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in another language (e.g., Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
